Wendy Binder

Wendy Binder grew up in Charlottesville and, after living in NYC and San Diego for more than a decade, moved back to town with her two kids in the summer of 2014. She has a professional background in business management and, because her father was a real estate broker and property investor, she has always had an interest in real estate. Wendy has been working with the Hegarty & Peery Real Estate Partners team since 2015 and is working on becoming a licensed agent. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, camping, exploring Charlottesville dining, and spending time with her children.
